warranty covers all hardware for laptop warranty period (for warranty issues on batteries please refer below), warranty covers repair or replacement (same or better) of defective products, laptops notebooks only.
To ensure you do not receive any DOA laptop All hardware is tested 3 times in separate testing process before shipment. however if you receive a DOA laptop (defective on arrival) or missing Items, we will pay for all shipping cost for quick repair or replacement, DOA warranty period is from the time you receive your order up to 2 days after, if you receive a DOA product you should contact us as soon as possible (not later that 2 days of receive) and obtain a DOA RMA no (return authorization no). please note all products coming back to us must have a Valid RMA No.
warranty also covers all defective notebooks after the DOA period, however customers will be responsible for one way shipping cost of the replacement or repaired laptop. customers with defective hardware products within their warranty period should contact support to verify and obtain a RMA No.
Please note that minor cosmetic flaws on used and refurbished laptops and notebooks would not be considered defect and not covered under the warranty however we do not ship any products having cosmetic flaws that would effect the operation of the unit in any way, unless we specifically mention in the description of the product.
we will still provide service If your warranty expires and you have hardware problems. we carry a wide rage of refurbished used laptop and notebook parts at low cost, therefore after warranty service with us will not cost you an arm and a leg, so for after warranty service, call us with the problem and we will issue you a service case No. for quick & low cost service.
To ensure all hardware function properly we also make sure the software that runs/operates (only) the hardware also function properly therefore when you receive your order all operating software (only) should also be functioning properly (on some cases to configure units and install add-ons we may have to disable most unused ports & systems addresses)
In general warranty does not include software and we do not provide software support, software issues any time after DOA period would not be covered, specially issued such as configuring networks, internet connections, installing new software, software crashed, etc.
